MHRE's strategy is based on generating value through the acquisition of hotel assets for their transformation and repositioning into 5-star hotels.

Our experience shows that landmark real estate assets generate significant additional returns, both in terms of the yields obtained during their operation and in terms of their intrinsic value if, after careful selection of the locations, and the correct approach to the necessary investment, unique buildings are projected through design, interior design and the search for quality and exclusivity.

MHRE's targeted return is based on shareholder remuneration consisting of the annual distribution of dividends and the creation of value.
