Luis Basagoiti is a renowned professional with more than 35 years of experience in positions of responsibility in the real estate field.

With a degree in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, specialising in Structures, and a PhD in Architecture (Cum Laude) from the same university, Luis Basagoiti also holds an MBA in International Business Management from the Universidad Autónoma of Madrid and another in Construction and Real Estate Management from the Polytechnic University. He is also an “ad honorem” professor at the Higher Technical School of Architecture of Madrid (UPM) and was a researcher in light industrialized prefabrication.

During his extensive professional career, he has held numerous positions of responsibility as CEO and general manager in different companies, including Mapfre Inmuebles (1987-1994 and 2005-2020), Iberdrola Inmobiliaria (1994-2001), Metrovacesa (2001-2003) and Reyal (2003-2005), as well as director and chairman of subsidiaries of these companies.

Currently, Luis Basagoiti is director at MHRE and advisor to the board of Gavari Properties Socimi, position which he will combine with that of executive chairman at MHRE.

Eduardo has a degree in Finance (Cum Laude) from Manhattanville College and an MBA from the London School of Economics. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Eduardo began his professional career as an investment associate at CarVal Investors (CVI) in the Loan Portfolio Group; where he specialised in non-performing loans (NPL) and real estate investment opportunities in the United Kingdom, Germany and Spain, later joining the special situations department at Deutsche Bank, focusing on non-performing loan (NPL) investments across Europe.

He is currently a partner at Castlelake, where he leads the portfolio land investment area in Spain and is also responsible for strategy in Portugal, Italy, Greece, the United Kingdom and Ireland. He is also a member of the Investment Supervisory Committee. Duties which he combines with the position of Proprietary Director at Aedas Home; where he is also a member of the Audit and Control Committees, as well as the Technology, Innovation and Cybersecurity Committee.

Ricardo de Armas is a Managing Director at Castlelake, where he heads the Workouts team. Previously, he was part of Castlelake’s Asset-Backed Direct Lending team and Special Situations team, focused on investments in emerging markets. Prior to joining Castlelake, Ricardo held a senior investment role at an opportunistic family office, where he focused on deep value investments, restructuring and financial advisory. Prior to that, Ricardo was a principal at a private investment firm, where he focused on special situations investments in emerging markets. Earlier in his career, Ricardo was an investment banker with Citigroup’s Latin American group in New York, where he advised companies in a wide range of industry sectors on financial and strategic matters, and a financial analyst and cost manager at Procter & Gamble in Caracas, Venezuela.

Ricardo received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from Universidad Metropolitana in business administration. He is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Leticia has a degree in Architecture and Town Planning from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and she has 2 master's degrees, one from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) in Real Estate Asset Management and Town Planning and another in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from the Stock Market Studies Institute of Madrid. She speaks Spanish, English, French and Italian.

Leticia began her professional career in various architecture studios where she had the opportunity to participate in real estate projects of a very different nature, later carrying out consulting work for clients such as Altamira and Banco Santander where she participated in "Due Diligence" processes, analysis and assessment of the feasibility of different real estate projects. Subsequently, she joined KPMG as a director in the Corporate Finance and Restructuring area, focusing on real estate transactions and insolvency proceedings. Since 2014, she has formed part of the asset diversification department at Castlelake for Europe, within the Real Estate Investment Area.

Pablo Castellano Vázquez holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California (USA) and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (E-Business) from the Instituto de Empresas (IE) in Madrid. He is currently a consultant for Greenalia S.A. and Dolnai Technology. In addition, Pablo is Chairman of the Family Office Nakadama Group, an entity that offers investment and financial asset management services to its clients, one of its main pillars being the real estate sector, where it makes numerous strategic investments in all kinds of properties. Pablo is also Chairman of Alazady España S.L., a company specialised in the development of residential, commercial and industrial real estate projects, as well as property management.

Pablo is fluent in English and Spanish, and has an advanced level of French and Portuguese.

Jaime Montalvo has a PhD in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Professor of Employment Law and Social Security since 1973.

Director of Mutua Madrileña Automovilística since 2006 and its Deputy Chairman since 2010. He is also a patron of various entities, including the Mutua Madrileña Foundation, the Elcano Royal Institute, the Menéndez Pelayo University and the Comillas Foundation.

In addition to his activity in private companies, Jaime has held positions of great institutional relevance, as well as within the Administration and the University. He has been the Chairman of the Economic and Social Council, a Member of the Council of State, Chairman of the Spanish Court of Arbitration and Dean of UNED.

Isabel Dutilh is a founding partner of the law firm specialised in mergers and acquisitions Argali Abogados and is a member of Elecnor's Board of Directors as an Independent (member of the Audit Committee and the Appointments, Remunerations and Sustainability Committee). She is a member of the Board of Directors of Banco de Alcalá S.A. as an Independent (Chairman of the Appointments and Remunerations’ Committee and a member of the Supervisory and Audit Committee).

She also chairs the Legal Security working group of the Círculo de Empresarios, an organisation whereof she was the Deputy Chairman between March 2015 and March 2021.

Isabel has a Law Degree from San Pablo CEU University, two master's degrees, one in Maritime Business from ICADE/Instituto Marítimo Español and the second in Maritime Law from the University of Wales. She completed the Leadership in Law Firms program at Harvard University.

Javier has spent his professional career in international investment banking for the last 22 years. Initially at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Managing Director, responsible for the Equity Capital Markets and Corporate Equity Derivatives area for Spain and Portugal. Later, at UBS, he held various positions of responsibility, being the head for Europe, Africa and the Middle East of Equity Capital Markets, member of the Management Committee and of the Operating Committee of the Investment Banking Area in Europe. Subsequently, the Global Head of Equity Capital Markets, Convertibles and Strategic Solutions for Variable Income clients until December 2019. During these years he has advised and led the implementation of more than 500 operations on the capital markets of Europe, Asia, America, the Middle East and Australia for listed companies in transactions for a total amount of more than 500 billion US dollars as a whole.

Javier Martínez-Piqueras has a Law Degree and a Degree in Economic & Business Sciences from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, ICADE (E-3)

Pilar Muñoz Sanz has a degree in Law and Economic and Business Sciences from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (E3) and a Master's in Taxation from the Centro de Estudios Garrigues in Madrid. At present, she is the director of the Internal Tax Advisory Area of Uría y Menéndez, a firm where she has spent practically her entire professional career. Pilar is also a professor at the Francisco de Vitoria University and the Villanueva University, both in Madrid.

Pilar is fluent in English and Spanish and has an advanced level of French and German.
